You can come visit and experience our products in one of our factories at:

MPP Factory 337K/2 Quarter 1B, An Phu Ward, Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam.

2. Can I customize materials?

You can definitely customize materials and colors, levels of stiffness of cushions and dimensions. Please be noted that each design has a dimension limit to ensure its structure. You will be advised to customize within this limit.

3. How to order?

Our sales staff will contact you to confirm.
Production time 15-20 working days, depending on the order and workload at specific time. You will be informed of the exact delivery time in the quotation.

4. Warranty policies

- MPP warrants all products against manufacturing defects as following:

  • 02 years for products designed, developed and manufactured by MPP.
  • 01 year for products manufactured by MPP, used in public areas.

- Our warranty does not cover:

  • Materials/equipment/accessories provided by clients.
  • Normal and natural wear and tear.
  • Products found to be defective after the warranty period has expired.
  • Products damaged due to a disaster, including but not limited to lightning, flooding, earthquake, or fire.
  • Products subjected to misuse, mishandle or abuse, whether by accident or other causes.
  • Products modified in any way NOT advised and authorized by MPP.
